Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Viet Nam announced the Board Resolution dated August 01, 2013 as follows:
Article 1: Approving the results of issuing new shares to the 2013 existing shareholders:
- Total number of issuing shares: 510,040,685 shares, in which:
Issuing shares to pay dividends: 104,193,492 shares
Issuing new shares to existing shareholders: 405,847,193 shares
- Issue price: VND10,000/share
- Number of distributed shares: 508,839,766 shares
Number of shares to pay dividends: 104,184,909 shares
Number of shares registered to buy shares and paid money: 404,654,857 shares
- Number of fractional shares and undistributed shares: 1,200,919 shares
Number of fractional shares to pay stock dividend: 8,583 shares
Number of undistributed shares: 1,192,336 shares
Article 2: Approving the plan to deal with fractional shares:
1. The number of fractional shares (if any) to pay stock dividends are 8,583 shares. In which: 8,410 shares will be paid in cash at VND10,000/share and 173 shares will be cancelled.
2. The Board of Directors decided the undistributed shares of 1,192,336 shares will be distributed to BIDV Trade Union Investment Joint Stock Company at VND10,000/shares.
