On July 22, 2013, Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (VINAMILK) had received Decision No. 21/QD-BQL by Vietnam –Singapore Industrial Management about the dissolution of Dielac Milk a member Ltd. Co.

This is final procedure in dissolving process of Dielac Milk a member Ltd. Co. to transfer Branch of Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company – Vietnam Powder Milk Factory. Address: No. 9, Tu Do Avenue, Vietnam-Singapore 1 Industrial Zone, Binh Hoa Ward, Thuan An Town, Binh Duong Province.
