April 24, 2013 Viet Nhat Seafood Corporation transferred two processing seafood
workshops to Saigon Trading Group according to No.129/HD/2013-CNQSD dated March
29, 2013. Revenue in Quarter 2.2013 was 6,779,035,256 dongs, decreasing
18,571,934,635 dongs compared to Quarter 2.2012. It made profit decreased of
3,806,932,316 dongs.

4,158,457,571 dongs in
selling the stocking materials.
