VINGROUP Joint Stock Company has set up a subsidiary as follows:

-         Name of the subsidiary: VINPM Professional Real Estate Services and Management Co.

-         Address: No. 7 Bang Lang 1 road, Vincom Village Eco-urban area, Viet Hung ward, Long Bien district, Hanoi. 

-         Charter capital: VND6,000,000,000 (Vingroup JSC. contributes 100% of the capital in the subsidiary).
