Viet Nam Fumigation Company announced Board Resolution dated April 04, 2013 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to pay cash dividend: 5% or VND500/share

-         Payment date: the last April, 2013.

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved Chairman of the BOD and Deputy Chairman of the BOD in the term 2013-2017:

-         Ms. Nguyen Bach Tuyet - Chairman of the BOD

-         Mr. Truong Cong Cu - Deputy Chairman of the BOD

Article 3: The Board of Directors approved the senior management in the term 2013-2015:

-         Mr. Truong Cong Cu – CEO

-         Ms. Nguyen Bach Tuyet – Deputy CEO

-         Mr. Nguyen Bao Son - Deputy CEO

-         Mr. Nguyen Minh Dung - Deputy CEO

-         Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Dung – Chief Accountant
