Power Engineering Consulting JSC 3 announces the Board Resolution approved on 21/6/2013 as follows:

1. Select Deloitte Vietnam Company Limited as auditor for fiscal year 2013.
2. Amendment to company internal regulars.
3. Change in key members:

-       Mr. Nguyen Tri Trinh has been appointed Deputy General Manager in place of Mr. Do Quoc Toan with effect since 01/7/2013

-       Ms. Nguyen Minh Hieu has been appointed member of Supervisory Board in place of Mr. Nguyen Chi Hoang with effect since 01/7/2013
