TTZ: Board resolution on capital withdrawal

Tien Trung JSC announces the Board resolution approved on 26/6/2013 on capital withdrawal as follows:

1. Manager is authorized to sell 1,000,000 shares of Hai Lam Investment and Construction JSC held by Tien Trugn JSC at price VND10,000 per share.
2. Proceed will be contributed to subsidiary company Tien Trung Hoa Binh Technology One member Limited Company as charter capital (VND10,000,000,000)
