-         Ex-right date:    July 15, 2013

-         Record date:    July 17, 2013

-         Purpose: to pay cash dividends of the year 2012 to the existing shareholders.

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 15% (VND1,500/share)

-         Payment date: August 07, 2013

Place of implementation:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Thac Mo Hydro Power Joint Stock Company, Zone 5, Thac Mo Ward, Phuoc Long Town, Binh Phuoc Provine on working days from August 07, 2013, and please submit ID cards.
