SII: Saigon Water withdraws investment from associated companies

On July 04, 2013, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation (SAIGON WATER) approved the disinvestment in two associated companies which do not belong to Water Infrastructure Sector.

-         Saigon Water will transfer its entire stake (26%) in Ninh Thuan Construction Investment and Development Joint Stock Company to Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) with total transfer value of VND57,194,870,076.  

-         Saigon Water will transfer its entire stake (3,373,500 shares or 48.19%) in Binh Trieu Road Bridge Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company to Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) with total transfer value of VND47,434,620,000.
