PVA: Result of 1st annual shareholders’ meeting year 2013

(31/03/2013) PetroVietnam Nghe An Construction JSC announced results of 1^st annual shareholders’ meeting on  31/03/2013 as follows:

1. The number of shareholders directly attended the meeting and by proxy: 61 shareholders, representing 5,193,140 shares, accounting for 23.8% shares of voting rights.

In which:

+ The number of shares under direct voting was 116,320 shares, accounting for 0.5% total number of shares under voting.

+ The number of shares by proxy was 5,076,820 shares, accounting for 23% total number of shares under voting.

2. The shareholders’ meeting, thus, was unqualified for execution.
