after tax in consolidated Financial Statement Quarter I.2013 compared to
Quarter I.2012 as follows:

after tax in Quarter I.2013: VND4,619,563,256
- Difference:
increase by VND4,544,919,327 compared to same period of last year
- Reasons
for increase in profit in Quarter I.2013:
1. The
company fostered sales and signing contracts of ownership transferring of Nha
Trang Condotel with customers and recording this revenue
2. The
company fostered hotel management service
3. The
company’s hotel in Hoi An came into stable operation period and earned large revenue
compared to last year
