LGC: CII Construction becomes a major shareholder of Lugiaco

On June 25, 2013, the Board of Directors of Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) approved the establishment of CII Construction Company (CII Construction) by restructuring the investment which had been invested in Lu Gia Mechanical Electric Joint Stock Company (LUGIACO) and 565 Joint Stock Company. Therefore, after the establishment, CII Construction will be a major shareholder of LUGIACO.

Besides, LUGIACO has signed some agreements to conduct lighting systems worth over VND100 billion.
