South East Asia HAMICO Export JSC announces that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2013 of the Company, which was going to be on 24/06/2013, did not take place as planned because participants were 09 representing 3,356,526 shares (27.97% of voting rights which is less than 65% as required).
