HAG: Result of corporate bond issuance

On July 09, 2013, HAGL Joint Stock Company completed the corporate bond issuance as follows:

-         Number of issued bonds: 950 bonds

-         Par value: VND1,000,000,000/bond

-         Bond term: 03 years

-         Interest rate: 14%/year for the first period. The interest rate of next interest period will be defined by the settlement agent on the interest determination date, and be equal to the average of saving interest rates in VND (deferred, term: 12 months) of four commercial banks in Gia Lai province: Gia Lai Branch of Agribank, Gia Lai Branch of VietinBank, Gia Lai Branch of BIDV, and Gia Lai Branch ofVietcombank; plus 5%/year.
