GIL: Announcement on share buyback

Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company has intention to repurchase its stock as follows:

-         Stock symbol: GIL

-         Number of shares registered to buy back: 30,000 shares of Mr. Duong Quoc Dat who retired in May 31, 2013, 15,000 shares of Mr. Bui Huy Dac who retired in May 26, 2013 and 7,500 shares of Mr. Phan Phuoc Tung who retired in May 231, 2013

-         Trading period: from July 22, 2013 to August 20, 2013

-         Buying price: VND10,000/share
