DXV: Information on Cam Ranh Cement Project

Da Nang Construction Building Materials Vicem Joint Stock Company (COXIVA) reported the accounting and auditing situation of Cam Ranh Cement Project as follows:

-         On June 20, 2013, two parties were unanimous to approve the temporary data transferred on August 18, 2011 to hand over the project.

-         On June 30, 2013, COXIVA issued a VAT invoice of the project to Ha Tien 1 Cement Joint Stock Company.

-         From July 01, 2013, Ha Tien 1 signed an auditing service contract with A&C Co., Ltd, so A&C is auditing the investment report.
