DTSC: Notice of termination of business

On July 08, 2013, the State Securities Commission issued Decision No.416/QD-UBCK to terminate operations of Delta Securities Joint Stock Company (DTSC) in order to revoke DTSC’s business license. DTSC has not overcome the suspension status and has a gross loss reaching over 50% of the charter capital.
