AGR: Board Resolution

AgriBank Securities Joint Stock Coporation announced the resolution of the BOD as follows:

1.  Payment for the 2012 cash dividend with dividend pay-out ratio: 2.5% of charter capital.

2. Mr. Nguyen Kim Hau was appointed as CEO.                                                        

3. Mr. Pham Van Thanh was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the BOD.
