SSI: ABT be no longer associated company

Sai Gon Securities Incorporation (SSI) announced on the change of associated company as follows:

-         On May 30, 2013, SSI Asset Management Co., Ltd. (SSIAM), 100% owned by Saigon Securities Incorporation, sold 2,199,240 ABT shares (19.98%) from May 09, 2013 to May 28, 2013. Therefore, Bentre Aquaproduct Import And Export Joint Stock Company is no longer an associated company of SSI on the consolidated financial statements.
