SC5: Personnel change

Construction Joint Stock Copany No 5 announced a personnel change as follows:

-         Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Quang My, Chairman of the BOD as CEO as from July 01, 2013.

-         Appointing Mr. Pham Van Tu, Deputy Chairman of the BOD as CEO as from July 01, 2013.

-         Ms. Bui Thi Thu Huong replaced Mr. Ho Hong Nhan as Chief Accountant as from July 01, 2013.

-         Appointing Mr. Tran Minh Hai as Secretary of the Board of Directors as from June 17, 2013.
