PXL: PXL delays the 2013 Annual General Meeting

On June 13, 2013, the 2013 annual general meeting of Idico - Petroleum trading Construction Investment Joint Stock Company was held, but the number of attending shareholders did not meet the required ratio of 65%, the Board of Directors and the Organization Board of Idico - Petroleum trading Construction Investment Joint Stock Company decided:

-         To delay the annual general meeting of 2013

-         The Board of Directors will hold the annual general meeting of 2012 (the second time)

-         Meeting date: 8:00am June 14, 2013

-         Meeting venue: Victory Hotel, 14 Vo Van Tan, Ward 6, District 3 HCMC
