PXL: PVC – IDICO delays the 2013 Annual General Meeting

On June 14, 2013, the 2013 annual general meeting (the second time) of Idico - Petroleum trading Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (PVC – IDICO) was held, but the number of attending shareholders did not meet the required ratio of 51%, the Board of Directors and the Organization Board of Idico - Petroleum trading Construction Investment Joint Stock Company decided:

-         To delay the annual general meeting of 2013 (the second time);

-         The Board of Directors will hold the annual general meeting of 2013 (the third time) as follows:

+         Meeting time: 08:00am June 15, 2013

+         Meeting venue: Victory Hotel, No.14 Vo Van Tan, Ward 6, District 3, HCMC.
