LBM: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:

-         Ms. Phan Thi Kim Dung, sister of Mr. Phan Dinh Tung  – Supervisory Board Member of Lam Dong Mineral and Building Material Joint Stock Company, sold 3,000 LBM shares from June 04, 2013 to June 06, 2013 but had not had any announcements before trading.
