KSS: Explanation for business result in Q1.2013 (consolidated & parent company)

Na Ri Hamico Mineral Joint Stock Company explained the fluctuation in business result of consolidated & parent company in Quarter 1/2013:

-         Revenue of parent company in Quarter 1/2013 increased VND10.2 billion or 81.08% compared to in Quarter 1/2012 and profit after tax increased VND5.8 billion.

-         Consolidated revenue in Quarter 1/2013 increased VND7.4 billion or 47.57% compared to in Quarter 1/2012 and profit after tax increased VND4.5 billion.

-         Reason:

+         The company decreased input expense, leading cost of goods sold of parent company decreased 0.36% and consolidated cost of goods sold decreased 6.44%. General and administration expense of parent company decreased 61.62% and consolidated general and administration expense decreased 67.70% compared to the same period of last year. Therefore, profit increased strongly while revenue did not change.
