An Duong Thao Dien Real Estate Trading Investment Joint Stock Company announced the board resolution dated May 15, 2013 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved to plan to pay stock dividends for the year 2012 to the existing shareholders:

-         Time of implementation: in Quarter 2/2013

-         Stock type: common stock

-         Par value: VND10,000/share

-         Number of shares to be issued: 1,400,000 shares

-         Total value: VND14,000,000,000.  

-         Exercise ratio: 100:4 (04 new shares for 100 current shares).
