HAG: Board Resolution

HAGL Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the BOD as follows:

1.       The BOD approved to restructure units in hydroelectricity sector through selling projects already put into operation and those during investment phase.

2.       The BOD approved to restructure units in real estate sector through selling of apartments, or sale of projects or sale of shares of subsidiaries owing the projects.

3.       The BOD authorized the Chairman of the BOD to select potential partners to negotiate and sign trading contracts.
