GMD: Reminded of late information disclosure

On June 24, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) had Official Document No.1002/2013/SGDHCM-NY to remind Gemadept Corporation to submit late disclosure on the reports of the issuance results of the 2012 employee stock purchase plan (ESPP) and change of the number of outstanding voting shares.
