FPT: Board Resolution June 20

On June 19, 2013, the BOD Chairman has signed Decision No.01.06-2012/NQ-FPT-HDQT with contents as follows:

Approving the plan to invest building the FPT Complex Da Nang for phase 01:

-         Name project: FPT Complex Da Nang

-         Purpose: the Corporation builds the offices to support development of its units including FPT Software and FPT University in the futre.

-         Location: FPT City Da Nang urban Area, Hoa Hai Ward, Son Tra District, Ga Nang city.

-         Area: 5.9 hectares

-         Total construction area: 30,950 m²

-         Time of implementation: from July 01, 2013 to December 31, 2015

-         Total investment value: 454,175,000,000 dongs

-         Authorized the BOD Chairman to decide the development of the project.
