VMD: Board Resolution on Dividend Payment
On May 21, 2013, the Board of Directors of Vimedimex Medi – Pharma Joint Stock Company (VIMEDIMEX) issued Board Resolution No.521 to approve to pay cash dividends for the first six months of 2012, as follows:
- Payment ratio: 10%/ share (VND1,000 for a share) - Total payment value: VND84,402,680,000 x 10% = VND8,440,268,000. - Financial resource for the dividend payment: Vimedimex’s undistributed profit after tax in 2012.
