VFG: Board Resolution

Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated May 29, 2013 as follows:

      The Board of Directors approved to withdraw 8,400 shares of 12,000 shares (type 2) of Mr. Huynh Trung Tan issued under ESOP’s regulation and transfer ownership of these shares to Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company.
