TNT: Explanation for business result in Quarter 1/2013 (parent company)

Tai Nguyen Corporation explained the fluctuation in business result of parent company in Quarter 1/2013 increased 10% compared to Quarter 1/2012:

-         Reason:

+         In Quarter 1/2012, economic difficulties, business company difficulties, projects of TNT had not revenue, while expenses were high, leading TNT lost. But in Quarter 1/2013, TNT restructured, reduced cost and settled all bank loans.

+         In Quarter 1/2013, TNT had profit from other activities.
