         Ms. Huynh Thi Bich Nhung, sister of Mr. Huynh Minh Thao  – a Member of the BOD of Transimex-Saigon Corporation, sold 3,310 TMS shares from May 08, 2013 to May 17, 2013  but had not had any announcements before trading.
