The MOU Signing Ceremony between LSX, HNX and HOSE

On May 10th 2013, Lao Securities Exchange (LSX), Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) and Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) have signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) trilaterally on exploring cooperation among three organizations.

The ceremony was held at Lao Securities Exchange, with the ceremony attended by honorable guests including of Ms. Vatthana DALALOY, Head of SECO, Mr. Tran Xuan Ha, Deputy Minister of Finance, Mr. Vu Bang, Chairman of State Securities Commission, other honorable guests together as the witness for this ceremony.

The MOU was signed by Assoc. Prof. Dethphouvang MOULARAT, Chairman and CEO of Lao Securities Exchange, Mr. Tran Dac Sinh, Chairman of Hochiminh Stock Exchange and Mr. Tran Van Dung, Chairman and CEO of Hanoi Stock Exchange.

Under the MOU, LSX, HOSE, and HNX will provide cooperation on developing securities product, trading facilities, and exchange information among three organizations.
