TDH: Thuduc House invests in a subsidiary

On May 15, 2013, Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation (Thuduc House) received the business registration certificate for its subsidiary. Therefore, Thuduc House announced the investment in the subsidiary as follows:

-         Company name: Tien Thinh Trade Co., Ltd.

-         Address: 331 Tran Xuan Soan, Tan Kieng Ward, District 7, HCMC.

-         Main lines of business: house building, food retailing, auction agent, design, transport, cargo handling, packaging, education and real estate business.

-         Charter capital: VND80 billion, including:

-         Thuduc House invests 60%;

-         Other investors invest 40%.
