Revenue of transport group in 2012 was less than in 2011 because revenue from renting
car decreased and operational capacity of taxi
centre was low.

Revenue from traveling in 2012 was higher than in 2011. But
profit from traveling in 2012 was not high.

Revenue from security services in 2012 was higher than in 2011. But cost from security services increased compare to in 2011,
leading profit from security
services decreased strongly.

The company made a provision for bad debt and a provision for devaluation
of investment in 2012: VND17,585,092,684

In 2011:
VND279,966,517. Therefore, profit after tax in 2012 was loss.
