SBT: Resolution on the dividend payment

Société De Bourbon Tay Ninh announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on April 25, 2013:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to pay 2012 second dividend and 2013 interim cash dividend:

-         Payment for the second 2012 cash dividend:

+         Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/ share)

-         2013 interim cash dividend:

+         Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/ share)

-         Record date: in May, 2013

-         Payment date: in May, 2013

Article 2:  The Board of Directors authorized the CEO to implement.

Article 3:  This resolution takes effect from April 25, 2013.
