NTB: Trading in TECBIS 584 JSC shares halted

On May 03, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No.504/2013/TB-SGDHCM and Decision No.166/2013/QD-SGDHCM to temporarily stop transactions relating to the stock of Transport Engineering Construction & Business Investment Stock Company 584 (TECBIS 584 JSC) as from May 07, 2013.

Reason: TECBIS 584 JSC suffered losses for 02 consecutive years, according to its 2011 & 2012 audited financial statements.
