MTG: MTG delays the 2013 Annual General Meeting

South Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company has informed of delaying the first annual general meeting 2013 as follows:

On April 26, 2013, the company held the annual general meeting, but Shareholders, who had right for voting, attended the meeting reach 58.62%. Therefore, the company decided as follows:

Delaying the first annual shareholders’ meeting 2012 and holding the second meeting within 30 days as from date of holding the Annual General Meeting for the first time.
