The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong, wife of Mr. Pham Hung Son – Supervisory Board Member of Ha Do Joint Stock Company, was late in reporting the trading result of HDG stock after registering to trade on April 24, 2013.
