On May 28, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) had Official Document No.860/2013/SGDHCM-NY to remind HACISCO Joint Stock Company to submit late disclosure on the resignation of Mr. Huynh Song Tra from position a member of the Board of Directors.
