CYC: CYC switched from supervision status to warning status

On May 03, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange has issued Decision No.165/2013/QD-SGDHCM to release the shares of Chang Yih Ceramic Joint Stock Company (stock code: CYC) from supervision status, and switch them to warning status as of May 07, 2013.

Reason: Pursuant to Item 5 - Article 19b of Decision No.04/QD-SGDHCM dated 04/17/2009, the Company posted positive after-tax profit and undistributed after-tax profit on its 2011 and 2012 audited financial statements.
