BIC: BIC changes the method to sell treasury shares

On May 24, the Board of Directors of BIDV Insurance Corporation (BIC) decided to adjust the content of selling method in the announcement of selling of treasury shares posted on April 24, 2013, as follows:

-         Selling method: order-matching method or block trade by negotiation method, one-time trade (01 million shares) to one partner.
