BHT: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2013

Bach Dang TMC construction investment Joint Stock Company has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Report from the BOD 2012
2. Operating result 2012 and plan 2013:

* 2012:

- Revenue: VND 57.67 billion

- Profit after tax: - VND 9.705 billion

- Dividend payment: 0%

* 2013:

      - Revenue: VND 135 billion

      - Profit after tax: VND 12.5 billion

- Payable to the state: VND 7.8 billion

- Dividend payment: 3%

4. Profit distribution and dividend payment 2012
5. Report from Supervisory board 2012
6. Selection of auditor for FY 2013
7. Payment for the BOD and Supervisory board 2012 and 2013:

• 2012

- for the BOD: VND 75,600,000

- for Supervisory board: VND 8,400,000

• 2013

- Not make payment for the BOD and Supervisory in 2013 because the profit after tax in 2012 is negative
