VSG: Viconship Saigon to hold the second AGM on May 08

On April 15, 2013, South Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company (VICONSHIP SAIGON) held the 2013 annual general meeting (AGM), but the attendance rate just accounted for 36.72% of total attending shares. According to the Enterprise Law, the meeting was not successful.

-         Therefore, the Board of Directors of VICONSHIP SAIGON decided to hold the 2013 AGM for the second time as follows:

+         Time: 8:30 am, May 08, 2013.

+         Venue: Meeting Hall of Nguyen Van Troi School, No.2, Vinh Khanh street, ward 9, district 4, Ho Chi Minh city.
