Pursuant to Decision No.227/QD-UBCK dated April 22, 2013 by the State Securities Commission, VNDIRECT Securities Corporation (VNDS) announced adjustments in the establishment decision of Can Tho Branch as follows:

-         Branch director: Mr. Doan Dac Hien.

-         Branch office address: 3^rd Floor, Building STS, No.11B Hoa Binh, Tan An Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City.

-         The decision takes effect from the date of signing.
