TYA: Board Resolution April 20

Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire And Cable Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated April 20, 2013 as follows:

1.       The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Tsai Chung Cheng to be in charge of the human resources committee of the Board of Directors.

2.       The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Tu Ting Jui to be in charge of the salary and bonus committee of the Board of Directors.

3.       This resolution takes effect as from April 20, 2013.
