SSM: Result of 1st AGM, Time and Place for 2nd AGM
Steel Structure Manufacture JSC announces that the Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders 2013 of the Company, which was going to be on 15/04/2013,
did not take place as planned because participants were 80 representing 2,641,865
shares (53.4% of voting rights which is less than 65% as required).
The second AGM will be held on 24/04/2013:
