SRF: Explanation for late information disclosure

Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation explained the late information disclosure on appointing Ms. Nguye Thi Thanh Huong - Chief Accountant as Finance Director cum Chief Accountant because the company though that the appointment did not change its key staff leading to the company did not disclosed the straight information.
