SGH: Change in Management Board and Representative for State-owned Equity

Saigon Hotel Corporation announces change in the Management Board and Representative for State-owned Equity as follows:

-           Mr. Tran Huy Thang, Maketing Manager represents 343,150 State-owned shares (19.43%) of SGH held by Saigontourist Holding Company;

-           Ms. Le Thi Hoang Mai, Members of Supervisory Board’s Manager of Saigontourist Holding Company represents 343,150 State-owned shares (19.43%) of SGH held by Saigontourist Holding Company;

-           Mr. Vo Thanh Binh has  resigned from Chief Accountant with effect since 15/04/2013;

-           Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh Phi has  resigned from Manager cum Legal representative with effect since 15/04/2013;

-           Mr. Do Dang Huy has been appointed Manager with effect since 15/04/2013.
