- Payment for the BOD, Supervisory board 2012: VND 300,000,000

2. Profit distribution, dividend  payment 2012:

- Profit after tax: VND 6,529,239,168

- Reward and welfare fund: VND 650,000,000

- Development and Investment fund: VND 600,000,000

- Reserve fund to suplement charter capital: VND 350,000,000

- Dividend payment: VND 4,924,900,000

3. Operating plan 2013:

- Revenue: VND 280,000,000,000

- Profit before tax: VND 8,000,000,000

- Payment for the BOD and Supervisory board 2013: VND 500,000,000

- Dividend payment: 10%
